You are the father and I am sure the law will protect your wishes unless of course local chinese girl is able to show just cause why the baby should not be seen by you. You should apply to the courts to enforce your right to have an ongoing relationship with the child but please make sure that it will be long lasting and often for the childs sake. If you wish is out of curiosity then ask for a photo. Remember also that visitations will get more difficult later on idf the parents make it that way and the only one who suffers is the child.

sure you are entitle to see your child unless of course there are violence or other kind of such things.

the visitation depends on the age of the child - how old he/she is?
