Does anyone know where in Hong Kong I can buy a loose diamond? I am just a member of the public but don't want to pay the outrageous prices of some of the retailers. I would like to get it set myself. Thanks!

you can try Edelweiss Jewelry at Star House TST. I got my 1 cts wedding ring from them. They carry loose diamond and help u set it up. It's much cheaper than the regular retail as they r also a wholesaler. most importantly they speak good english! good luck
