Hi All,
I've been living in Hk for past 9 years and I'm a permanent resident, now I'm planning to bring my mom(age 40's line) from Nepal to stay here permanently. Please someone could you please advice me what are the requirement needed to start the process.

Have a look at the Immigration dept website. www.immd.gov.hk
Also contact the Nepal Consulate for advice.
