for yr reference, they provide bikini line permanent hair removal, $6,000 - $10,000 depend on peak hr or non-peak hr (full bikini is not the same price, u have to check with them)

u can try the laser/IPL hair removal, normally 6 times for permanent. Pretty good result. Not very painful but a little bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, it is not regulated here unless the sale contravenes unfair sale etc. No license is officially required for the business. Even though some of them have licenses obtained from the association, they are only self-serving and even a salesperson can get the license. In the US, estheicians are required to obtain licenses.
