My husband is Australian, but I am not Australian, who never have lived in Australia,. I do not have any relatives in Australia but I have 3 kids. In any emergency situation, I do not know anyone there.

Is there any possibility whether or not I can bring my helper with me?

You can a take a helper with you to Australia for a holiday, usually a month is granted at a time and a maximum of 2 months in a year to the same helper. You will not however be allowed to take her to Australia if you are moving back there permanaently irrespective of what reasons you have e.g. no family, friends, back up ect unless you are a diplomat or your hubby is.

I think you can do so. Perhaps you should get some family law advice just visit http://www.stubbslaw.com.au. Though I don't think taking a helper would be a problem. Are you still together with your husband?
