We are Sri Lankans and now based in Hong Kong. My wife is a student and I am on dependent visa. We came to Hong Kong about five months ago. My wife gave birth to our little girl recently. I would like to know if our baby will have dual-nationality?

By dual do you mean HK and SL? You can have it only if Sri Lanka allows it and has an understanding with Hong Kong. Your child being born in Hong Kong doesn't automatically change her nationality to HK. You should check with your consulate.
