Can anybody inform me if there is a Solicitors in Hong Kong by the name of - Richard Ming Solicitors-hk.

Think i am being scammed - have been told to use this solicitors for wills and probate services.

They have a website but when I do a search there is no record of them in Hong Kong.

Can anybody please help.

You can go to the Law Society's website and get a list of all solicitors and solicitors' firms in HK. I've just had a look and there isn't a firm called Richard Ming, nor is there a solicitor practising at any other firm by that name.

We have conducted search through the Hong Kong Law Society’s website (http://www.hklawsoc.org.hk/pub_e/default.asp) but found no search result of Richard Ming indicated as a law firm nor as a solicitor.

No need to check with the Law Society for this one. It definitely is a criminal offence. Call the police.
