I deserve an answer don't I?

The reason that we do not have a rating of sellers is because we do not allow people to 'retail' on our classifieds...


People are meant to be selling used personal items - and the assumption is that they will not constantly be posting on the site so there is 'reliable retailer' function


If our administrators suspect someone is retailing (we check history option that alerts us to check ad histories...) their ad is put on hold in the admin until the admin manager reviews it.


A warning is issued re: retailing.. if the person persists then their account is suspended and all ads wiped out.


This is no doubt one of the reasons why our classifieds are the most popular in Hong Kong and the reason that people get very good results when they post with us.


Nothing is of course perfect - many days we have to review and approve up to 1000 new ads on the HK site alone... and there are multiple people assisting with this .... so there will be mistakes and oversights..
