We have just had Now TV installed in a new apartment. Does anyone know how to access free to air as well, ie. World TV?

You still need an antenna cable to pick up TVB & ATV. This connects from the wall outlet for the TV antenna to the TV. The antenna outlet is round in shape, maybe half an inch in diameter.
If you have the NOW TV HD box you can pick up ATV in English on channel 016 and TVB in English on channel 084. The digital channel index is 010. In these cases you connect the antenna cable from the wall socket to the HD box and use a HDMI cable from the HD box to the TV HDMI socket.
