I often see a homeless girl hanging out in Central, often sleeping at the Airport Express check-in hall. She is well-built, Caucasian, and wears a lot of layers. She approaches people with strange questions, like "Are you a lawyer?" or "do you work for a Swiss bank?" speaks fluent English and Italian, and may be suffering from a mental condition. Does anybody know how she ended up sleeping rough in HK?

Next time you see her, pls notify the police. They will move her to an appropriate shelter

she is not under age. Sleeping rough is her choice, she doesn't beg, seems to have enough money to buy food and drinks. This is not a matter for the police.
