Its already November and I still need to have the A/C on.
I have been checking the HK Observatory, and next week is supposed to be cold, but thats only because there is a monsoon passing.
Will the temperature rise again after the monsoon passes or will it actually get cooler?
I know no one can predict the weather that far, but any ideas?
