Baby Monitor

Dear All,

I am looking for suggestions/advices on a good baby monitor. We bought our baby monitor when my daughter was born (3 years ago). It is an analog one (and the interferences are quite bad). My son is now almost 2 months old. I dont need a monitor right now cos without the air cons on I can still hear him when he cries at night. However, with the air cons on I dont think I will be able to hear him. I dont really want to use the old baby monitor cos it will be hard to sleep with the interferences.

Please let me know what brand/model you use and would recommend. Thank you.

I went to Bumps to Babes and tried out a few inshore and by far the best one with the clearest sound and the longest range was Avent. It only cost around $900?. You can press a button to talk back into the monitor and it has a light on it. That's about it, nothing else. But I've no complaints. It's perfect. Rechargeable battery - I think. Well anyway, I plug it in everyday and it works fine.

I bought the angel care one from bumps to babes. Comes with a built in camera, talk back monitor and hand held received which picks up the noises. Has 5 different volume settings which is good, I hear my daughter over the air conditioner with this monitor.
