Hi,

My name is Ardit i'm 24 and i've been in HK for 8 days, i'm here from London for work and i am moving here perminantly at the end of May (currently in serviced apartment), unfortunately after quite a few flat viewing in my budget, (8K-11K/month) i'm panicking about moving here, i anticipated that it would be expensive but not this much, does anyone have any advise on best places to live and value for money?

I am working in Causeway Bay and need to live either within walking distance or very close to other MTR stations on east or West of Causeway Bay.

I am willing to explore all possibilities as i really like Hong Kong and want to make this work.

Any advise is much appreciated.

Hi Ardit

I have a flat for rent (direct by owner) at Star Street, Wanchai.

About 1 minute walk to Pacific Place 3 and there is a underground

passage from there direct to MTR Admiralty station. The rent is

close to your budget. Please email or call me at 27302851 for

further details.

Regards

Raymond
