international relocation companies?

Does anyone know of any good, reliable companies? I want to send all of my stuff back to Canada. I would love to hear from people about how much it costs and which companies to avoid or go with. Also this is a private move, not corporate so if anyone knows anyone who has done this themselves, I would love to hear from you. Thanks.

Avoid Links or Baggage XS.  My initial experience was fairly positive - from coordination of the move, delivery of the packing boxes and materials and move-day packing.  It was downhill from there.  They overcharged me on the final invoice for the volume of the shipment, but backed down when I provided four quotes from other companies that had done an on-site inspection of goods and volume estimate.  Their website for tracking the move contained incorrect information and was not updated throughout the move.  


Worst of all, my goods were packed up April 30; it is now July 31 and they have not been delivered.   Links/ Baggage XS did not follow up on the delivery with their contracted agent in the US, EchoTransWorld, to ensure the goods were delivered in a timely manner once the shipment arrived and did not update the website when my goods arrived in the US, so I had no idea they had handed off ownership.  When I raised the issue to them, Links/ Baggage XS did not own the issue and follow-up to that the delivery was resolved in a timely manner.  Instead they handed off the issue to me to resolve.  EchoTransWorld claims it will not deliver due to a large outstanding unpaid bill to them from Links/ Baggage XS.  


It's not clear yet who is telling the truth, but what is clear is that they have had nearly two months to resolve any issues between themselves without impacting the client, and both sides have failed to take responsibility for the issue and ensure it is resolved.  Four months later, what should have been a simple, 6 week job is still outstanding due to the unprofessional behavior of these two agents.
