Chervil in HKG?

ORIGINAL POST

I am trying to find FRESH chervil in HKG... I have found most other fresh herbs, but no luck with chervil. I have been to a couple of local restaurants where chervil featured as a garnish, so it must be out there somewhere... does anyone know where I can get some?

Thanks in advance

flat parsley, available from most PNS etc is a very acceptable alternative for chervil and its what most restaurants are using in HK as garnish, the taste is just a bit milder than chervil.

Personally I have replaced with coriander (chinese parsley available in PNS but fresher and cheaper on all street markets), with its the tangy taste and smell it replaces advantageously chervil and western parsley, and give a slightly more exotic twist.
