Can the original poster give details or examples or cases that he considers discrimination? (e.g. not allowed to enroll because of race, not allowed to join groups/activities, etc.)

Here are two tel.nos. which I am sure will give you assistance. HK Unisen Ltd. 2789 3246, and Race Relations Unit 2835 1579 - the latter deal with complaints, and I am sure will help you.
