Afternoon Class for Toddler Daily Schedule

My little boy will turn 2 at the end of August and will attend nursery from 1:15 to 4:30pm on the 31st August. Can anyone help me plan his day as he needs to nap in the afernoon around 3pm.


His normal schedule is as follows


Bed at 10pm

Wake at 8am

Nap at 3pm


Should I get him to sleep earlier so he can wake earlier and then have a mid morning nap and lunch before going to nursery? Any other recommendations much appreciated.

Get him to bed at 8. He'll lights out at 8 or even 7:30 when he starts morning classes anyway. Wake at 7.


The nap is a problem with those school hours. I guess you could try a 12:00 nap for 30 minutes. Personally I would look hard for a morning class.
