1. Does anyone have experience/knowledge of the HK Law Society being diligent in the governance of professional standards?
2. Any recommendations of law firm(s) specializing in Legal Malpractice in Hong Kong (that will not bury me in fees)?
3. Can anyone suggest a board where I might find a law student or recent graduate to prepare a complaint for submission to the HK Law Society? I know I can do this on my own, but I have time constraints and figure a lay professional would be more professional in research and presentation.
Any comments or advice will be very much appreciated.
