Have you tried Proactiv? It's a daily face wash system from the US, which they've just released in HK this year. I've been using it for years and it works well for me. You can find it at Watsons.

How about consulting a dermatologist to see if there is need for medication.

Roaccutane is usually very efficient, if otherwise suitable as a treatment.
