Bagpiper in Hong Kong???

I am looking for one or two talented bagpipers to hire for an event in Hong Kong. Does anyone know which is the best pipe band in Hong Kong? The Police Band doesn't seem to do private functions, but there is the Hong Kong Pipe Band and the Hong Kong St. Andrews Pipe Band. Any advice would be appreciated.

The Foreign Correspondents' Club used to have access to a piper. Give them a call. Also, Civil Aid has a pipe band. It used to practice next to the South China Atheltic Association in Caroline Hill Road.
