hi folks, any advice on the most cost-efficient means to ship bulky items (pls include specifics if available) to the u.s., assuming time is not of essence? thanks!

sending it by sea , on a cubic meter pallet used to send send from Hong kong to los los angeles weekly

Call up Santa Fe (a sponsor on this site), ask them if they have a partial pallet to fill. Tell them you are willing to wait. Then you can tag along and hopefully they will give you a break on pricing as well.

well first of all is it commercial goods? Santa fe wont do that, nor will any household relocation company.


If its household goods.. then the method to do this (cheapeast way) is be consolidation or groupage, which a lot of the larger removalists wont do.
