Another MPF question

Hi,


My previous employer has not enrolled me in the MPF as they don't have a HR locally. Anyways the head office has agreed to rectify this. They have asked me to return them my part of the contribution and they will put the total of employer/employee amount into the MPF scheme.


I think this is the company's overlook for not following the procedure in the first place and me having to take out the amout up front whereby it would have been deducted monthly.


Is there another route on this?


Do i calculate my portion from 60 days after I joined?


Company will be paying the late contribution charge for both employee and employer side. Is this per month or on the whole amount?

I had this problem and I had to back pay 5 years' worth. How much do you like your job? Is this really worth causing trouble.
