Physical gym?

Does anyone have experience with the Physical gym-- the all-ladies one in Lee Theatre, Causeway Bay? Would love any feedback on it as mostly familiar with Pure, Fitness First and the like. THanks.

I have been a member of Physical for a long time, and I used to go to the Lee Theatre centre a lot. It's a women-only centre (most of the rest are for both sexes). I liked the nice views there, and there's a nice resting area. However, since Physical has had this centre for a loooong time it's kind of running old. The worst thing is the carpet inside the changing room...smells awful. I haven't visited this centre for years and I'm not sure if they have changed the carpet to tiles. But you can always ask for a tour before joining. So better check it out yourself.


Another unique thing about Physical is...since the monthly fee is so low they kind of attract a lot of idle housewives who love to station there for sauna and steam wearing their (not so clean) underwear and hair mask and spend a whole day there.


Physical's Lee Theatre centre wouldn't be the same standard of Pure or Fitness First, which are more modern.
