For $40 a slice of pizza, i think is a bit too good. Amazing Value size... but so less topping.

I hate to be rude but I'm an Italian-American from Brooklyn, NY and a real pizza afficionado and i have to say I thought Paisano's was horrible. I gave them three chances. The first time the pizza was not too bad. The second time it was not good at all. I tried a Sicilian Pie (square slices) the third time and it was amongst the worst I have ever tasted. Bigger does not always mean better. I have often wondered why the worst places venture out and make their fortunes outside of NYC and I believe it is because their pizza is not good and people in HK really do not have an idea of what NY style pizza should taste like. With Paisano's their crust was completely undercooked which is a huge no-no for NY style pizza, the cheese was lousy. The sauce was not too bad but all together the pizza was terrible and too greasy. People see the big slices and go crazy. Always remember bigger is not always better. I have yet to taste good pizza in Hong Kong.
