I have a small claims tribunal ordinance ordering the defendant to pay me 3200 HK$. Its too expensive for me to go through an enforcement procedure so I thought about getting a debt collection agent. Can someone recommend one or another solution to get my money back.

Thank you for your reply DoggyDog. Already been and got an order against her from small claim tribunal. Now I have to find a way to reinforce this order and dont know how without spending a lot of money with sollicitors.

Having the judgment is one thing, reinforcing it is another. This involve costs (writ of summons....) and long procedures.
