Today I purchased a skin ointment from a very reputed chain of stores in Hong Kong but noticed that the medicine is already expired in Jan 2011.Can i sue them for this negligence or is it just a waste of time

if you used it and caused you injuries then sueing is appropriate if not bring it back. this is not the usa where people can sue for any error. if you feel agrieved go to the consumer council they are on this forum
