Cut, clarity, color carats..

Cut would be the shape, solitaire, princess, etc

Clarity, any disfigurement, most diamonds have some flaws, not always visible to the eye, if it very cheap, then check clarity. Color is just that, pure white, rare, pink, yellow diamonds,

Carat describes the weight, from .25 up to 20 carat.

Check on line with diamond gemologist center for further info.. And remember if you buy, here in HK the bigger jewelers charge premier prices...

thanks for all the replies. I think if you buy at the bigger jewelers in HK, all of their diamonds will come with certificates, no?
