I now have shoulder length thin straight hair and lots of it. I get my hair cut at Fredric Fekkai in NYC when I go home which is once a year. Perfect classic bob. Compliments galore when I return to HK for the first month. Then it starts to grow out. I feel like I've tried every salon in HK in every price range but they can't even follow the same line of cut and it never looks the same so here I sit in March with hair down to my shoulders and don't know where to turn. Any suggestions?

When I first arrived in HK, I spent a long time looking for a hairstylist and finally found John Chung at Barbieri Privata. The cut is important to me - everything else is cosmetic and John is very good with haircuts.
The salon, Barbieri Privata is at 20/F, The Loop, 33 Wellington Street, Central, HK. Tel: 28698787
Disclosure: I'm a client of John Chung but I'm not connected to Barbieri Privata in any way. I've been going to John for a haircut since he was in Headquarters.

Hi There
I may be able to help. I've just arrived in HK about 6 months ago and am looking to make some cash.
I used to work for Toni and Guy in the UK and have a about 3 years in total experience in hairdressering. I recently cut my friends hair here and she's had some great comments for her friends....her Boyfriend called me a "genius!" which was nice. Are you interested in meeting up. I'm only looking at charging between $200 - $400 for cuts
