I need to get approx 150 artificial gerberas (orange) for a wedding.

Does anyone know I can buy some here in HK or Shenzhen?

In HK, go to the flower market. On your way to the flower market from the MTR, there is a huge shop which sells artificial flowers. You could also try Wanchai market
