Tenancy agreement

Hi All,

I have just signed a contract for the tenancy of a new appartment. I actually made a big mistake while visiting the appartment and thought that the place was much bigger. I end up in a very small place where it will be very complicated to live for me and my wife. I just signed the agreement on Saturday the 5th of November.

Could you please let me know if there is a possibillty to cancel the agreement as it has been signed only less than one week ago? I just had the opportunity to go back to my previous appartment which was more adapted.

For information the contract is a traditional one with 1 year fixed and 1 year with a 1 month notice.

Thank you for your reply. The contract is actually the proper tenancy agreement... Hope I will find a way to negociate it with the landlord otherwise I 'll have to stay there for a year... sad
