after having my first baby, i've faced few embarassing moments due to my "thingy" (dont want to type the"v" word incase it's censored) farting off when i'm talking to people. maybe because "it" is looser than before, easier to pass out gas/air? how to avoid this? >.<

Hey kissy.missy have you tried doing Kegel exercises? Google it an you will find instructions on how to do them properly but basically it is exercising your pelvic floor muscles. This should help with a variety of problems that crop up after vaginal deliveries--stress incontinence and ill-timed noises. Although my sister swears they are BS and do not help (she has stress incontinence). I still try to do them every day because I don't want adult diapers in my future.
