I've never found it so difficult to get through as the last two weeks... It seems they are very busy right now and despite their recorded messages promising to call back within two working days I have heard nothing. I'm trying to find out if CX still provide free Fast Track for Business class passengers landing at Bangkok. Does anyone know? Thanks.

yes they do.. I used it last week on trip to BKK. will give you fast track landing card upon arrival to BKK.
