Dog discrimination

Recently, the manager of the incorporated owners of my flat posted a restriction that not to allow people with dog to use the lift and lobby in the main entrance. The deed of mutual covenant of my flat allow us to have pet including dog. I find this restriction is not reasonable and limit my freedom of movement because I have a dog. I want to sue the incorporated owners for such restriction. Any advice and suggestion or any good lawyer recommendation for similar case.

I personally wouldnt waste my time, energy and finances on it. Just continue to use the lift, and see if they think they have grounds to take action against you.. which i highly doubt.
