physio for tennis elbow?

I have had tennis elbow for almost 10 weeks following a game of badminton - I've had numerous sessions of physio - some acupuncture and an X-ray and MRI which confirm it's nothing more serious, but it's just not getting better, and it's making me really miserable! Does anyone know of a good physio who specialises in this area? It seems the only other option is a steroid injection, and I'm really not keen to go down that route if I can avoid it. Any suggestions very gratefully received!

I had golfers elbow from repetitive gym and riding sports motorbike. The cause is repetitive motion mainly wrist and forearm but causing pain in elbow. Physio is rubbish for it and you will have to avoid the action that is aggravating it not try to work through it. I took glucosamine which is generally good for joints as well as wearing a tight velcro strap around forearm whenever active but it still took a few months to go away.
