I am planning my boyfriend's birthday weekend getaway at the end of May. Can't decide between Koh Samui or Cebu, so need everyone's input.

We love fancy hotels, nice beach, a lot of activites and some night-life. We like sohpisticated and posh style, not too rustic.

And good sunny weather too!
