bought two duds on asia expat and want to see if i can get them fixed

wow such a fast reply from someone , thanks so much , have you used these guys or do you just know thatb this is what they can do

have already 'wasted' money on dud dehumidifiers - dont fancy wasting more on trying to fix the impossible
