Any advice before setting up internet/cable?

Our broker advised me to check out http://www.netvigator.com/, but I'm still a little lost.

We have a 700 sq ft, small 2 BR apartment and will have two computers running.

Also, any input on cable tv? We are from the states and expect the offerings to be slim, but want something. We got a new Samsung 3D LED TV.

Thanks in advance!

Internet service: Quality high speed broadband and wifi is available readily in HK. Main providers are PCCW but there are many others, 3 and HK Broadband for example.

Cable TV: Yes slim pickings are they will try their best to tie you to a long contract term. Generally I Cable is a cheaper provider but with less expat suited channels, the main one is PCCW NOW TV, also as an alternative there is BBTV provided by a local HK internet and cable co. Good luck and all the best!

I went with HKBB ...the contract includes Cable (Discovery , Movies Channel , Disney and Nat Geo etc...in English channels) as well as Internet and housefone landline connect included all together in a package . It was not so cheap compared to HK standards but so very much cheaper than my native Australia . Good luck .
