Our company has a budget of HK$80/person for a combined Christmas/CNY party for 70 people to take place in Jan.


Any ideas on how we can stretch the HK$80 into a fun evening?! We don't have enough space in any of our locations to hold it in one office so it needs to be at another venue.

How about asking everyone to (at least) match the company's budget. With $160+ you could go to Sai Kung (hire a bus) and go out to the golf range in the evening.


They have a promotion for a cheap buffet dinner and some golf balls to hit after dinner. I think your $160 budget should cover bus + dinner + drinks + golf balls.

You might be able to organise a deal for 6 tables of 12 + the golf range. Simple phone call will tell you if it can be done.
