I am looking for a travel destination for the Easter Holiday, and I will probably be going by myself. Anyone can share some travel experiences in Myanmar? Is it safe/easy to travel alone? Any recommendations for things to see or places to stay?

it is an interesting place but I think you need to plan on staying at the better hotels and resorts, taking a flight or two.
I found the bus and train very rough and outside Rangoon, there are few cities with restaurants (not in hotels) and little tourist infrastructure.
I used a local Rangoon travel agent for hotel booking and it was a good deal, I think I paid like USD 65 for Traders which was sweet
