No, you have to go to India..since you are married according to Indian laws.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Matrimonial Causes Ordinance in Hong Kong, the Court in Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction in proceedings for divorce if

a) either of the parties to the marriage was domiciled in Hong Kong at the date of the petition;

b) either of the parties to the marriage was habitually resident in Hong Kong throughout the period of 3 years immediately preceding the date of the petition;

c) either of the parties to the marriage had a substantial connection with Hong Kong at the date of the petition.


In simple terms, even though the marriage was registered in India, a divorce can be applied for in Hong Kong if you have a substantial connection to Hong Kong, i.e. live here and work here.
