Moving Back to Hong Kong.... Will Work in Tung Chung.... Where to Live?

Hello,

I am moving back to Hong Kong soon and will be working in Tung Chung.

I lived in HK before for many years but then I lived and worked on HK Island and I think the commute each day to Tung Chung and back would be too much, and also out of my approx budget (20-25K) per month.

I will have a car so a short drive to/from work is OK.

A few places have been suggested and I'd welcome any advice, help or suggestions.

Tung Chung, Tsing Yi, DB or Gold Coast.

I'm looking for a 1,000+ sq feet, 3 bedroom apartment, helper quarters, covered carpark, kitchen with oven.

I know Tung Ching & Tsing Yi are on the MTR, how easy is it to get from Gold Coast to TST & Central?

Any help , advice or suggestions would be gratefully received.

open to all the places you mention.. no parking costs for parking at work either & seems that apartments at GC come with a parking place.... happy to look at TC for sure, what about about lantau south? db sounds nice, but not cars allowed and I'll need a car
