I can totally understand your frustration. I am still trying to figure out if the police have jurisdiction over handicap parking in a residential development. There is a car with no handicap permit parking in a handicap spot. I've told our management office about it a few times but they don't seem to care. It pisses me off that there is blatant disrespect to those who are truly handicapped. There are only 2 handicap parking spaces in the whole floor and yet this person decides he wants to park there because it is right next to the lifts. And don't let me start with the learners that plague our area. They stop EVERYWHERE! and block traffic all the time!

Travel101 did you even receive an acknowledgement of your email/letter?

Perhaps the police have given tickets before but the drivers keep coming back. Keep reporting. But you can't expect a couple of cops to be stationed there to keep the cars away.
