This is a highly specialized area of law. Can anyone please offer a recommendation for a competent solicitor in this area.
I'd also like to learn of your experience (success or failure) of litigation in this area.

Thank you. There are also other matters that I am handling in person but would like to turn over to a solicitor, as well, $$$ permitting. I am no longer F/T resident in HKG and have already made 7 trips back this year
