Hi. I am planning to move from my apartment and was wondering if anyone knows how Tregunter Towers are? I have heard OK things about it but need some advice.

Hello, I have been living in Tregunter Tower 3 for over 4 years now and it has been an ok place to live but lately it is become a nightmare with many issues especially piping in the building (very old) and non-stop noise that you get to hear because at few apartments are concurrently being fixed (old building) at all times incl Saturdays. And I am planning to Move OUT soon because soon (March/April 2011) whole building will go through external face-lift work (its in pathetic condition now) and that work is suppose to last for at 16 to 18 months which means dust, noise, etc. etc. so forget about it and don't even think about it.

I totally agree with you. No one should move. Noise and false fire alarms makes you crazy.

If you are not looking for apartment with clubhse facilities, I recommend Villa Verde on Guildford, quiet and decent building and tenant mix.
