Driving from Tai Po to Quarry Bay (or similar)

Hi, I am looking at moving out to Tai Po. Given the time taken to get to Quarry Bay by public transport (1+ hours) I am considering driving.

Can anyone give me an idea of how long it takes to drive from Tai Po and into the Island East office area? I work typical 9 to 6pm office hours.

Also how much is parking?
