Hi all,

I am from New Zealand and am looking for somewhere on HK Island that does excellent eyebrow shape and tint and eyelash tint for a reasonable price.

I would prefer someone who speaks good English as I am fair skinned with natural blonde hair so need to explain not to tint my eyebrows too dark!

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
