Hi, my wife is a first time poster in the Classified section for a used stroller. What are the rules/terms of sale in HK? The purchaser contacted her three days after sale saying his wife has changed her mind and he wants a full refund. He syas we "cheated" him, even though the weight of the stroller and photos were in the Ad and he personally inspected it before buying. He knows where we live and is threatening to come around to return it and demand his money.
Any advice?

If you know it's a decent stroller and you can sell it again to another buyer, perhaps you could just take it back. Make sure you fully inspect it when he returns it (check it hasn't been damaged since you sold it).
I would say there are no 'rules' that state you have to give a refund. You're not a shop! But put the 'good karma' in the bank, even if this guy is not going to be grateful for your reasonableness.

Perhaps you're right. The sum involved is trifling. The abuse and harassment is disappointing so "good kharma" was not exactly my first thought!
