Anyone knows where I can get reasonable balloons for kids' party in Kowloon? I used to go to Stanley and they were nice and reasonable but it's now too far for me and my daughter's birthday party is in the morning. The balloons won't look as fresh if I pick them up the night before. I went to Prince's building once and it was over $400 for about 20 solid color balloons.
