It's very common nowadays just around Causeway Bay area u can find it from electrical appliance chain store like Fortress and Broadway. There are plenty of choice from Sogo and Jusco too. I bought a large size Babyliss hot roller from a shop selling professional hair equipment, it's just opposite to Sogo Causeway Bay. Choose the right size from reliable brand, that's the most important.
