Can anyone recommend any detox programs that are affordable and reputable? Preferably somewhere other than Thailand and Bali. Thanks :)

You don't have to leave HK to get a detox. I've been practising yoga for 5 years and you can detox with yoga. If you just want to have a really good sweat you can take a detox class but if you also want to clean from the inside you can have a really good clean out with yoga kriyas. Master Naveen in Karma Yoga is VERY GOOD at this and it's cheaper than going to Thailand or Bali.

Yea! You don’t have to leave HK! I didn’t have much time to go to retreat, and my friend has recommended me a detox program in SOL wellness. The staffs were very helpful and the program was great! You could give it a try~

Holistic Central has just started a detox program with proper monitoring from proper doctors...give it a try...Dr Wendy Yang's in charge of the program...she's a holistic chiropractor and certified raw food chef-did her training in US...her stuff is pretty delicious...had attended some of her raw food workshops too!!!
